Our federal courts are radically imbalanced — not by accident, but by conservative design. That’s why I’m urging you and your colleagues to add four new seats to the Supreme Court. It’s on Congress to begin to rectify the drastic imbalance we’ve seen in our judiciary system.
The Supreme Court makes decisions with lasting impact on all our lives. In the years ahead, we’ll see decisions come down that could roll back progress on everything from racial justice to our freedom to vote and reproductive rights. I’m calling on you, as my member of Congress, to end this injustice and support much-needed court reform by cosponsoring the Judiciary Act.
