Elon Musk wants to buy a seat on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court

While all eyes are on the chaos in Washington D.C., there is a critical race in Wisconsin less than a month from now that will have a nationwide impact.  

In 2023, many of you helped elect Judge Janet Protasiewicz to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, securing a progressive majority. Since then, that progressive majority on the court has been the last line of defense against extremist politicians who want to roll back Wisconsinites’ freedoms, from abortion rights to access to the ballot box. 

In this year’s April 1 Wisconsin general election, progressive judge Susan Crawford will face Brad Schimel, a right-wing politician with a long record of putting politics above justice. If Schimel wins, he’ll give conservatives control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the power to restrict voting access in a critical battleground state in the 2026 and 2028 elections.

That’s why an Elon Musk-funded PAC has already dumped millions in an attempt to buy this election for Brad Schimel. Musk knows Schimel will protect corporate interests and Donald Trump over the rights of everyday Wisconsinites. 

MAGA Republicans are hoping to weasel their way into power in a key swing state. With Schimel on the bench as Musk’s puppet, you can be sure Wisconsinites are going to be the ones getting hurt.

But we can fight back.

We’ve done it before and we can do it again. No matter where you live, help get the word out to Wisconsin voters. Stop Musk from buying another election. Make sure everyone casts their ballots for Judge Susan Crawford.
