Senate Democrats Must Confirm Judges Now!

To say this wasn’t the outcome we wanted would be a colossal understatement. But come January 20, 2025, we’re facing a second Trump presidency. 

I know you’re angry, scared, and worried about the future of our country. Trust us, we are too. But there is one thing we can do right now—before Trump becomes president—to help safeguard our rights and our future.

Senate Democrats must act now and use their power to confirm federal judges for dozens of remaining vacancies before Trump has the chance to fill them with MAGA judges who will continue to attack our fundamental freedoms. 

Why is this important? Federal judges hold their positions for life. They decide issues that impact our everyday lives—from abortion access to voting rights to common sense gun safety laws. 

The Senate MUST confirm President Biden’s highly-qualified, diverse, and fair-minded judicial nominees before the end of year, and it’s up to us to push them.

We need to fill these lifetime appointments with judges who will stand up to the Trump administration and defend justice, equality, and the rights of all Americans for years to come. If these dozens of vacancies remain unfilled, Trump will appoint MAGA judges loyal to him, potentially turning back decades of progress.

Our senators need to hear from us today. Every call and email adds to a growing demand for fair-minded judges that will protect the freedoms that Trump and his cronies are hellbent on destroying. Senate offices keep tallies of how many constituent emails and calls they receive, so they need to hear from us now.
