CHICAGO—Tonight, Vice President and Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris will address the American people and the Democratic Party during the 2024 Democratic National Convention.

“Tonight, Vice President Harris will highlight that she has the experience and vision to move our country forward. She’ll share her clear track record of standing up for working families and protecting Americans’ fundamental freedoms, as Attorney General of California, as a U.S. senator, and then as Vice President of the United States.

“Throughout her career, Harris has led the charge to defend our democracy and our fundamental freedoms, from the freedom to vote to the freedom to make decisions about our own bodies. Tonight will remind millions of Americans that they face a clear choice this November between a proven public servant who will fight for them and a convicted fraudster who will do anything to cling to power.

“We refuse to go back to the era of chaos, corruption, and crimes under Donald Trump. That’s why Stand Up America and our nearly 2 million members across the country are mobilizing to protect our democracy and our fundamental freedoms by electing Kamala Harris as the next President of the United States.”
